Hostium reserves the right to terminate your access to the Services at any time, without notice, if you are found to be in violation of this DPA or any other applicable terms and policies.
This DPA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Hostium reserves the right to modify this DPA at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the Services after any changes to this DPA will constitute your acceptance of the changes.
